BYOB
Passengers 21+ may drink on board vehicles operated for hire (NRS 484B.150). Bring cans or plastic rather than glass, and ask for a liquor-store stop.
21+ and ID
Everyone drinking needs valid photo ID. If anyone under 21 is aboard, the trip is alcohol-free.
Gratuity
Some quotes include gratuity. If yours doesn’t, 15–20% for the chauffeur is customary.
Minimums & conduct
Most buses have a 2-hour minimum, and weekends or peak dates can require longer. Smoking and vaping aren’t allowed on board, and damage or cleaning fees may apply.

Most party buses have a 2-hour minimum. Fridays, Saturdays and peak dates (NYE, EDC, F1, Memorial Day) may require more. Club drop-offs and airport transfers are one way.
EDC in May, the F1 Grand Prix in November, New Year’s Eve, CES and SEMA fill up 6–8 weeks in advance. For other dates, 2–4 weeks ahead is usually enough. Check availability →

Divide the total by your group. 20 guests on a limo bus for 2 hours usually pay about $19–$30 each. 10 guests in a limo van for 2 hours pay about $35 each. 25 guests on a party bus for 4 hours pay about $38 or more each. Add gratuity if it is not already in your quote.
What is included in a party bus package?

Can we bring our own alcohol on a Las Vegas party bus?
Yes, guests 21 and over can usually bring their own drinks. Nevada law (NRS 484B.150) exempts passengers in vehicles operated for hire from the open-container rule. Bring valid photo ID, prefer cans or plastic over glass, and ask for a liquor-store stop. No alcohol is allowed when anyone under 21 is aboard.
Is gratuity included?
Some quotes include gratuity and some don’t. We confirm it in writing. If it isn’t included, 15–20% for the chauffeur is customary in Las Vegas.

Yes. We drop at Omnia, XS, LIV, Hakkasan, Marquee, Zouk, TAO and other clubs. Club entry, guest lists and tables are booked separately with the venue or a promoter.
Do you have party buses with a pole or a restroom?
Some buses have a dance pole and a few larger buses have a restroom. Availability is limited, so mention it when you request a quote.
What if some guests are under 21?
Under-21 guests can ride, but then the trip must be alcohol-free. Everyone drinking must be 21+ with valid ID.
How far ahead should we book for EDC, F1, NYE or a convention week?
Book 6–8 weeks ahead for EDC (May), the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (November), New Year’s Eve, CES and SEMA. Book 2–4 weeks ahead for most other dates. Prices are higher on these dates, so request a quote early.
