A Note on Gratuity
Our chauffeurs are professional, licensed and Las Vegas trained. While gratuity is never included in the quoted rate and is entirely at your discretion, 15 to 20 percent of the total booking value is the Las Vegas standard for exceptional service. You can add gratuity in cash on the day or ask us to include it in your invoice before your trip.

Do Las Vegas party bus prices include the driver?
Yes. A professional licensed and uniformed chauffeur is included in every rental rate. You never drive the vehicle. The chauffeur handles all routing, parking and pickup logistics. The only addition not included in the rate is gratuity which we recommend at 15 to 20 percent.
Are there hidden fees on top of the listed rates?
No. The hourly rate covers the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, sound system, LED lighting and all standard amenities listed on this page. The only additions are gratuity and alcohol if you choose to bring your own or request an open bar package. All of these are disclosed clearly before you confirm your booking.
How much deposit do I need to book?
A 25 percent deposit secures your vehicle and date. For an $800 booking that is a $200 deposit. The remaining balance is due before your trip. All major credit cards accepted. Cash accepted for the balance payment.
Do prices go up on New Year's Eve and EDC?
Hourly rates do not increase on peak dates. A 5 hour minimum applies instead of the standard 2 or 4 hour minimum. The key issue on peak dates is availability not price — vehicles sell out weeks in advance. Book 6 to 8 weeks ahead for New Year's Eve, EDC and F1 Grand Prix.
Is there a cheaper rate for longer bookings?

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your trip receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking date forfeit the deposit. Same day cancellations are charged in full.
